At Jean's Restaurant Supply, we want to ensure you have the right tools for your kitchen; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a traceable carrier like UPS or FedEx.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
